Bridal & Special Occasions Show

A Memory Lane Events sponsored Bridal and special occasion shows allow vendors to:

• All advertising is done by A Memory Lane Event; through our web site, links from outside Wedding web sites, Printed ads in the Post and other wedding magazines, Social Media, Emails, Perfect Wedding Guide, Wedding Sites and Services, face to face marketing and great giveaways to attract more potential clients to see you. (Valued at $15,000 dollars.)
• Be able to talk to a room full of brides and other types of clients in a fun yet unique "party type" atmosphere.
• Bridal Satin tablecloth to the floor provided for your use at the show. (Valued at $60)
• The spectacular show will consist of 60-70 unique event and wedding professionals.  Only 1-2 companies per category allowed per show.
• Show is available for teens looking for their vendors for their sweet 16, quince, prom, & graduation parties.
• Show is available for brides looking for vendors for their wedding.
• You will get a list of every attendee.
• We will give you marketing materials to hand out to brides and clients in advance of the show and a link  to give your brides to register to attend.
• Vendors participating in the show will be requested to post a poster for the bridal show in their place of business.

Vendor Booth Information

• Bridal show date Feb.12, 2012.
• Location Sherman Street Center 17th & Sherman downtown.
• Choose your booth size. Sizes available 5x5; 8x8 or 10x10 and any additionals you need.  No Booth Sharing Allowed so that there is only 2 companies per category.
  
• Email Jennifer to get the vendor application here. Then mail to address on application or email to info@amemorylaneevent.com.
  
• Satin tablecloth to floor to fit one 8' table, one 6' table or one 4' table depending upon booth size.        Satin Table cloth colors: Hunter green &/or chocolate brown for the Enchanted Garden Spring 2012 show. 
  
• Additonal table availabe for $30 each. Indicate size (4'; 6'; 8' or 5' round) needed on application. Includes satin tablecloth to the floor.
  
• Arrival time for setup will be scheduled due to limited dock access.  FYI door size 34".
•  Electrical, extra table and bag stuffing are extra fees. (see above)

BAG STUFFING:  Help promote your business after the show by delivering approximately 300-400 items to highlight yourself and your company through the  bags given to brides that attend. One of our team members will place them into the bags for the brides for you; so you can concentrate on bride relationships and your table.

Your items should be given to A Memory Lane Event two weeks prior to the show 2/1/11 so that bag stuffing can be completed.  Instructions found on the application.

Set up begins at 1:00 p.m.on the day of the show. Remember that your delivery and set up time will be scheduled as their is one dock and a 34" door for load in to get 60-70 vendors in the building and ready for the 3 pm show start.
